The Polish Agency for Enterprise Development (“PARP”) has announced a call for applications to participate in a program aimed at providing financial support for the organization of short-term bilateral programs for start-ups operating in the FinTech sector – as part of the “Start-ups Are Us – FinTech Sector” project. The purpose of the program is to familiarize participants with the conditions of the start-up environment abroad and to assist in establishing contacts with local business support institutions and potential contractors (including investors).
Support may be granted to an entrepreneur conducting FinTech-related business in the territory of the Republic of Poland for a period of 1 to 5 years (counted from the date of registration in Central Register and Information on Economic Activity or the National Court Register), who has an innovative solution at the prototype, MVP (Minimum Viable Product) or final stage. The entrepreneur must also have a preliminary business model that takes into account expansion into foreign markets.
PARP will provide support in the form of covering 100% of selected costs for the participation of the entrepreneur’s representative in a training program carried out in the territory of the Republic of Poland and in up to four outbound missions to selected countries for the purpose of learning about the start-up environment in those countries, holding meetings and establishing contacts with local business support institutions, potential contractors (including investors), as well as participating in selected trade fairs or conferences.
PARP began accepting applications on July 16, 2025, with the deadline set on August 20, 2025.
