On 30 December 2024, a communication from the Director of the Katowice Regional Revenue Administration Office concerning the continued functioning of the Register of Virtual Currencies Activities appeared on the website of the Katowice Regional Revenue Administration Office. The Communication was published in connection with the commencement of full application of the MiCA Regulation[1] and the TFR Regulation[2]. According to the communication, in the opinion of the Director of the Katowice Regional Revenue Administration Office, from 30 December 2024 it is not possible to enter new entities in the Register of Virtual Currencies Activities.
