On 14 May 2025, the latest version of the draft Polish Act on Crypto-Assets Market was published on the Government Legislation Centre portal, together with draft regulations to be issued on the basis of the statutory delegations contained therein. This Act aims to ensure the applicability of the MiCA Regulation[1] and Regulation 2023/1113[2] in the Polish legal order.
The draft was referred to the Standing Committee of the Council of Ministers and thus entered the next stage of the legislative process. The content of the above-mentioned draft act and regulations, as well as the entire course of the legislative process, can be consulted at the following link:
