The European Banking Authority (EBA) wants to access data on crypto-assets and crypto-assets markets. The access is to be ensured in real time via a subscription model and to help the EBA properly perform its tasks, namely:

• to monitor and assess developments in digital finance-related topics, including the exposure of the banking and payments sectors to crypto-assets,
• to foster consumer protection in financial services across the EU by identifying and addressing detriment consumers may experience, or are at risk of experiencing; and
• to prevent the use of the financial system for the purposes of money laundering and terrorist financing.

The call for tenders is divided into 2 slots:

• Blockchain Analytics and Forensics Data,
• and Crypto-Assets Markets Data.

Tenders may be submitted by 10 November 2022.
