On 7 November 2025, the Sejm of the Republic of Poland examined the amendments proposed by the Senate of the Republic of Poland to the draft Polish Act on Crypto-Assets Market, as a result of which some of them were adopted. Subsequently, on 12 November 2025, the aforementioned Act was submitted to the President of the Republic of Poland for signature.
