On 2 January 2025, the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (‘UKNF’) issued a position on the application of Regulation 2023/1114 during the transitional period resulting from the content of the draft Act on the crypto-assets market. The position further addresses the issue of the application of Regulation 2023/1113 by crypto-assets service providers, following the clarifications published by the European Banking Authority (‘EBA’) on this matter.
