On 16 July 2025, the European Securities and Markets Authority (“ESMA”) published a document providing an overview of Level 2 and Level 3 measures under the MiCA Regulation[1]. This document lists each topic covered by the MiCA Regulation that has been further specified through Regulatory Technical Standards (“RTS”), Implementing Technical Standards (“ITS”), Guidelines, and that has been the subject of opinions, statements, Q&As, reports, etc. For each topic, a brief description of the issue is provided, along with the relevant provision of the MiCA Regulation and a link to the full text of the respective measure, including the date of its publication.
