Regulatory technical standards specifying the detailed content of information necessary to carry the assessment of a proposed acquisition of a qualifying holding in an issuer of an asset-referenced token

On 31 March 2025, Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2025/413 of 18 December 2024 supplementing Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 of the European Parliament and of the Council with regard to regulatory technical standards specifying the detailed content of information necessary to carry out the assessment of a proposed acquisition of a qualifying holding in an issuer of an asset-referenced token was published.

The Regulatory Technical Standards (“RTS”) have been issued on the basis of the delegation contained in Article 42(4) of the MiCA Regulation[1]. Their purpose is to specify the details of information necessary to assess a proposed acquisition of a qualifying holding in an issuer of an asset-referenced token.
