The first meeting of the FinTech Steering Committee was initiated by the PFSA and took place on 10th January 2019

The Committee coordinates activities of different institutions and state authorities in order to facilitate the development of the FinTech sector in Poland, create joint statements and undertake joint interdepartmental activities focused on FinTech

Members of multiple authorities participate in the activities of the FinTech Steering Committee, such as.:

• Office of Polish Financial Supervision Authority

• Prime Minister’s Office

• Ministry of Finance

• Ministry of Economic Development and Technology

• Ministry of Development Funds and Regional Policy

• Office of Competition and Consumer Protection

• National Bank of Poland
